Common questions
What is the smallest order you take?
- 25 pieces per style, and 50 for knitwear. Below that the setup cost per piece stops making sense for most products. If your run is smaller, write to us directly and we will tell you straight whether it can be made.
What do you need from me to start?
- A tech pack if you have one. If you do not, a sketch, a reference garment and the quantity you need are enough to start. We write the tech pack with you.
How long does it take?
- Typically two to three weeks to get a sample in your hands, then six to ten weeks in production, depending on the product and material availability. We give you the dates before you commit, and tell you the same day if one slips.
What does it cost?
- Indicative starting prices per piece are in the grid above. Quotes are free: we reply within 24 hours and send your exact quote within 2 working days. We are paid on the production order, not for the sourcing.
Where is it made?
- With our partner factories in Europe and Asia. Which route fits depends on the project, and we tell you which before you commit. Europe means no customs clearance, no import duty and no sea freight to plan around. Asia costs less per piece and adds weeks in transit. Where both can make your piece you get both prices, duty and delivery date already in the number. A complicated piece at a low quantity is Asia only, because European factories will not take that work.
Who deals with the factory?
- We do. You get one contact and one accountable owner for the whole order, not a directory of suppliers to manage yourself.
